"For the most part, this hotel was a great fit for our family. It had bunk beds instead of a second double bed, which worked perfectly for our two children. We caught colds on the airplane trip and had some heavy head congestion, but when we asked for extra pillows to prop up better, they said they didn’t have a single extra pillow for us, which was very surprising and unfortunate. "Location was fantastic. They did not have my reservation on file when I showed up. Thankfully, they had a room for us for the one day we were planning to be there. The staff that checked us in was friendly and helpful. The room was basic, but it was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were relatively comfortable. It was nice to have the cafe downstairs. The noise is loud downstairs but they close at 11pm, it was all good. "

"Unfortunately the spa was closed for cleaning while we were there, but the room and restaurant were very nice. Staff was helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Good breakfast with lots of options. The grounds are very nice as well. Would definitely stay here again to enjoy the spa."
