"The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. However, the cleanliness (specifically the bathroom was terrific in all aspects and toilet roll was placed in a way that it gets wet while taking shower) and safety (sliding door locks were not working) were terrible. The bedsheets and pillows were full of strains, the disgusting thing I have seen ever in my little experience staying in hotel. Would suggest the hotel to be honest while posting photos in expedia or other platforms....

"I book and pay for the AC room but they give me non AC room! In this room, no basin and is a trouble to brush teeth or wash face. And the toilet, the bed all dirty!
