"The hotel is wonderful, on the outskirts of the forest with easy access to hiking and a playground. Only a 12-minute drive to Heidelberg’s Altstadt, their breakfast was good and reasonably priced. Friendly staff, air conditioning, huge tub and shower in the junior suite, beautiful Biergarten with a playground to occupy the kids....all reasons why we would choose this hotel every time possible when visiting Heidelberg!"

Although room decor a little tired, it was clean and serviced daily. Also found out rooms and restaurant dog friendly. Would definitely book again if staying in the area. "
