"This was one of the most friendly hotels that we have stayed in for a long time. All of the staff seem to have a genuine interest in making sure that we had a good time and made the most of our stay in Sigiriya. They also organised a couple of trips for us - to Polonnarua and an elephant safari. The first of these was a fascinating day visiting a former capital of Sri Lanka and the second was an afternoon seeing more than a dozen different herds of elephants, some of them just a few metres away...

"We loved staying here. The owner was incredibly kind and let us return after our check out time to shower. The wifi unfortunately was not working during our stay but the rooms were clean and ready for us when we stayed. The beds were comfy, and having the option of a ceiling fan or an aircon was helpful to keep cool. The location was a little confusing since it was behind in the alley, however, tucked away made it less busy to access. "

"全体的にはリラックスして過ごせる良いホテルだと思いますが、少しだけ気になった点もあります。部屋にゴミ箱、タオル類が置いてなかったこと、ホテルまでの道のりが夜は暗くて、野良犬がいて怖かったこと、それから、どこからか部屋の中に蚊が入って来て、夜は蚊に悩まされました。蚊の対策はなんとかやってほしいなと思います。その他は静かに過ごすことのできる落ち着いたホテルだと思います。プールもあるので、水着持参でプールで泳ぐのがおすすめかと思います。スタッフもフレンドリーで親切でした。良いホテルだが、今後の頑張りにさらに期待。"

"We had three nights here. The temperature during the day was very hot and humid, as were the nights. Hibiscus villa has air conditioning and a fridge, which helped to make our stay comfortable. Service is very helpful. We needed a car and driver and this was arranged for us at short notice. Better to give a few days notice. Breakfast on the patio, surrounded by fruit trees and other plants was nice. Room is basic, but comfortable. If you choose to stay here you will be well looked after. "
