"Beds and pillows were the only let down. Nothing wrong with them, just uncomfortable for me. Pillows were too high and firm and single bed sunk in the middle otherwise great stopover stay with the bistro right downstairs "

We booked 5 nights based on pics we saw but the online booking only booked that room for 3 nights and then a different room for 2 nights. This was disappointing after being told it was not a downgrade as it still had a view by management at the time but when we moved it was not nearly as nice and we didn’t like the layout.
