"This was a two night stopover to allow us to ride around the Cantel region and, in particular, the rim of the volcano (long since gone). The appearance of th hotel upon arrival gives little credit for how comfortable the rooms are and how pleasing the restaurant is. It is little surprise that the hotel is used by tradesmen and appears to be full all the time. Very pleased with our stay and would recommend."

"We had an amazing time, the house was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Christiane and her family were so welcoming and friendly , we had fresh eggs on arrival, fresh strawberries and cherries as well. Thanks to iPhone we could communicate but to be honest they and us totally understood each other. We loved the place and would definately stay there again. The corridors and the rooms themselves were decorated in a very dark scheme, which even with the lights on was a little difficult to always see well.
