I felt bad that the hotel tried to reach out to me beforehand, to know what time I may arrive, but I was in the mountains and didn't see the message until we arrived at the hotel. "Preis / Leistung hat für uns gepasst. Schade gab es keinen Kühlschrank auf unserem Zimmer, bräuchte es eigentlich wenn Durchschnittstemparaturen von über 30 Grad sind 😉 Ein Whirlpool / Sauna wäre auch vorhanden gewesen, aber leider auch nur mit Aufpreis!"

"Simple, modernized hotel. They go any length to make sure youre comfortable. Great customer service. We were leaving too early to enjoy breakfast, so the receptionist packed us up some croissants to grab ob our way out. The beach is a couple minutes away, an easy walk. AC is key controlled (must have key inserted in room for it to be on so if you leave for a bit; your ac will be off while youre gone-- i dont prefer this because its not enjoyable to return to a warm room from a warm outside)....

"After booking a 3 stars hotel we been moved to a 2 stars hotel. No refund on price difference, staff nice and polite. The room was nowhere near renovated as advertised, split beds (very uncomfortable). The included breakfast did not had alternatives except for sweets. usually being a buffet, instead we been served by the kitchen staff. "

"We had booked and paid for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. The room was small, dark and depressing and the private balcony was more like a ledge with a view of the dirty wall of the adjacent building. To escape the room, we visited the roof terrace to relax on sun loungers and go in the hot tubs, however the whole area was strewn with litter and the hot tubs were empty and dirty. We literally couldn’t wait to leave. The breakfast was the only redeeming quality."

"Everything was Good regarding the hotel and its staff, however serveral guests didnt care about the masks nor the social distancing. This was especially seen during breakfast, where people did neither. I hope the staff will be stricter against these kind of guests."
