"Unfortunately this is the worst Kyriad we have stayed in. It is very tired and needs a lot of work doing to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Air con wouldn’t work, and it was very warm in the room but unfortunately noisy with the window open, which we had to endure, no kettle, not enough towels. "Expensive. Our superior room was on two levels which meant we would have had to go down stairs in the dark for the loo. So we opted for another room with a shower over the bath. The shower head had to be hand held as the bracket attaching it to the vertical rail was loose and so the shower slipped down. The bed was hard.
