"The hotel room was really nice and new it also had a fridge, microwave and a Keurig coffee mashine wish i will keep in mind when i stay again but my main concern is the restaurant i went for the prime rib dinner on Wednesday and the sea food buffet for Thursday but after i order the prime rib dinner i will never return to that restaurant again it was old reheated meat i couldn't stomach to eat and when i complained about it they just took my food to the back and reheated it and brought it...

"Stayed for a night to snowboard at Mt. Shasta Ski Resort. We had a great experience. Jean was soo welcoming and so helpful. We arrived too early for check-in but Jean got us all set up so we could have our room ready after boarding. She kept us updated. The room was perfect! Clean, cozy and had all we need it. "Cozy, close to the Lake Siskyou and peaceful. Only a couple minute drive into the scenic city of Mt Shasta. Nature envelopes the chalets. "

"Great little property! Internet is challenging but otherwise a lovely location with everything you could need. Heads up- the rental property running this property (Evolve) will overcharge your credit card because of “3rd party fees not listed on your Expedia pricing” if you are booking through Expedia. Make sure to get your Expedia receipt bc you will need it to dispute your credit card bill. This is unacceptable and wasted time I wasn’t planning on arguing over a couple hundred dollars. "
