"The hotel was comfortable with beautiful grounds. The shower in my bathroom leaked water under the wall to the underside of the sink. It didn't affect my stay but it revealed the age of the room. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and courteous. "

"I stayed at this hotel based on the reviews which I do not think are genuine. The contact number for the hotel on Expedia is wrong. It is for Tawali Resort which is owned by the same person. I tried messaging the hotel to give them my flight details for pick up. However when I landed no bus was there. No taxis either. "Did not respect reservation. I had to make last minute changes to find a new hotel during the most busy weekend in Goroka during the Goroka Show. The staff came up with horrible excuses saying that they had fired the person in charge of online reservations. From my plane, 7 other people were in the same situation. Staff utterly unhelpful."

Magnificent swimming pool. Expansive views to the southern mountains from the rooms, pool and restaurant. Great pool bar too ! Only complaint is that you're quite isolated - no shops etc, but that brings it's own benefits too as far as safety is concerned"
