"We arrived at prime check in time but no one at the desk, and it took 10 minutes and ringing the bell multiple times before anyone showed up. The room was very basic, and was on the first floor. It was incredibly hot, and although there was a fan, even with all windows open, it didn’t cool off. The fridge in the room was also putting out exhaust heat, adding to the misery. No reception so you get an online check-in form the day before but I didn't so I had to ask for it - that was slightly intense. When checking out, you're supposed to pay city tax at the restaurant at the ground floor. In my case, the staff were so busy and I waited for at least 20 minutes to get it sorted. That was the only down side staying at this hotel. "

Im Bad sind Halterungen lose, und die Tür zum Balkon ist völlig unpraktisch, das sie nach aussen öffnet und somit nur de Hälfte des Balkons nutzbar ist, bei offener Tür.
