"The hotel is a beautiful lodge in a great setting. There are views of the tall mountains on one side, ski slopes on another side, and smaller hills the other directions. Great breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Friendly staff. We enjoyed watching the sheep grazing on the summer grass on the ski slopes. The nearby Terma Bania water park was much fun. We highly recommend this hotel. "

My only real complaint is that although I had prepaid through Hotels.com, apparently they were not aware and charged me again. I am currently waiting for Hotels.com to resolve the issue "
