"The staff at this hotel are professional and very helpful. Evening waiting staff in the restaurant were outstanding, as was the Chef who produced fabulous evening meals. Hotel was clean - the only disappointment was that the bathroom extractor fan didn't work, so very warm air entered the bedroom. Also, the shower curtain was old and not pleasant to use - shower curtains should be obsolete in good hotels! The safety handle above the bath was loose. "Second time staying here and really enjoy it. The decor has a very personal touch, parking is free and convenient, restaurant food is outstanding, walking distance to Old Town and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is ok, now I will say this if you stay on the weekend, they have a dance downstairs that is loud. My advice is to go join in and have fun."

"Everyone was excellent from check-in to check-out. The staff were very helpful and most spoke English, which really helped me because I struggle with the Polish language. Room was perfect for a single person travelling alone, car parking was easy (but you have to pay) and gas station is right next door. Had a fantastic steak dinner in the restaurant with great service."

"The first room I got was next to the open space over the reception area - it was like living in the lobby. The second room seemed quieter but at 7:30 in the morning it turned out it was right next to the technical room with what sounded like industrial size washing machines. They were turned off after I asked but the sleep was ruined… Otherwise the room / hotel was adequate, notwithstanding an extra thin douvet."

"The gardens and the quiet and space around the property. Apart from a dog barking. The staff was helpful apart from when they threatened to call the police just because I had problems with my credit card and wouldn’t allow someone to pay on my behalf. That was uncalled for."
