"Not fancy but clean. Perfect for one night (no kettle, no microwave, no fridge). Good beds. Overall somewhat run-down but everything works (including the AC). The one glitch was that a gentleman at the front desk was supposed to call me a taxi at 12:20 for 12:30 to get to the train station, but he forgot. At 12:35 I asked at the front desk (different gentleman) who said his colleague must have forgotten and placed a call. Luckily I was planning to be 30 min early for my train so the extra 15 min...

Note that the reception appears not to be open all the time (we arrived to find another group of guests tryng to get it) so message ahead with arrival time. "Hotel has great facilities, but it has poor cleanness. we found, at least, 30 bugs inside our apartment. We had to remove the bugs several times as they coming out from somewhere we could not find. In addition, closest and other places in the rooms where not clean and smelly.
