"Danielle at the front desk was a Godsend after Expedia royally messed up my reservation by never forwarding the reservation to the hotel. I arrived at 8pm with my 80 year old parents after driving 14 hours to find out we couldn’t check in. After countless phone calls between Danielle at the front desk and Expedia and me and Expedia, it took 1 1/2 hours to rectify. The first rep at Expedia hung up on Danielle and all we needed for me to check in was a code. Finally Danielle gave us a room even though we didn’t get the code. I had to call Expedia back and the 2nd rep really took control and got us what we needed. After this experience I won’t use Expedia anymore"
