"The room was cute and very close to a lot of restaurants and other things in Downtown Detroit. The place do not have a front desk for check in or anyone to go to for needs or questions. You download their Sonder app, create an account, and check in using that. You don’t interact with a human for any of the check in or check out process or during your stay if you need anything. "Girls trip. Booked before the hotel changed to Troy Inn. Was shocked to be missing amenities i booked the hotel for. Let me tell you the Management (Maher) went out of his way to make up for it.
