"The room was full of little flies hanging around the lights, a few of them already dead. When we pulled down the window curtain, we had the unpleasant surprise of discovering a cemetery of squished flies stuck onto it - see pictures. The bathroom also did not smell very good. Definitely not recommended. Breakfast, a selection of fresh fruits, fresh croissants, juice, yogurt, and coffee or tea. The views stunning! peaceful. My mattress dropped a bit from over use. We arrived in early Oct. so most business had shut down from the Fall. One restaurant was open for lunch and the castle wasn’t to open until Nov again. But lots of walking in nature...
