On my first night I was allocated a room near to some stairs and unfortunately was kept awake until the early hours due to a coach party toing and froing between rooms along the corridor. The next morning the wonderful receptionist allocated me a room on the 3rd floor. Absolute bliss! Couldn’t hear a thing, and had 2 good nights sleep. "Very friendly staff. Very clean accommodation. We didn't have the breakfast as I don't eat it but it certainly smelled amazing. Have had it in the past and it was well worth the money. Room if anything was too hot. Bed comfortable. Very close to main shopping area with lots of places to eat. Close to Eden Court Theatre if you fancied an evening out. We try and stay there every time we are in Inverness. This is our fourth time now. Would thoroughly recommend it but book quickly as very popular."
