We tried to contract hotel but noone in reception and noone would answer phone calls. We had to pick ants out of all our clothes. Could not sleep worrying about this. Contacted EXPEDIA."

Otherwise there is not much info on how to get hold of someone. Their main hotel is on the main Street a 4 min walk away. There is also where breakfast is served.
