"The Hotel is amazing a self check in hotel. Check in process easy and also check out process. It’s easy reaching customer service they are available like 24/7 and there’s immediate help. Only one thing it’s a little far in the area if you use public transportation and also I was to pay breakfast via my booking app but wasn’t offered the option and paying at the hotel was a little more. "The best part about the room was the size and there was a bed for my family of 5. Everything else was very disappointing. There was not toilet paper in the bathroom, appliances were broken and worst of all the shower drain was clogged and didn't drain. When we brought this to there attention nothing was done about it until we complained again. Then they gave us keys to second room so we could use the shower. Other issues, the hotel was supposed to have free breakfast and on our second day nobody...
