"We got off a cruise ship in Galveston at 9:30 AM and didn't think the hotel would let us check in at 11:00, but they did! So grateful we didn't have to sit in the lobby for 5 hours! "I felt the property was as expected. Nothing really over the the top and nothing terrible. I would say the first night we stayed we had two rooms booked for 11 people and we had to use the couch /bed as the third bed but there were no blankets for it nor enough pillows and the front desk staff said they didn't have any to give us. Said they were booked full and couldn't accommodate us. We were just asking for what should have already been in the room that was designated for 6 people. "
