"Check in was easy and quick which was needed after driving 14 hours!! We had a pet dog and service dog with us and she made sure we knew the quickest way to our room and where the stairs were located. The area outside has grass and seemed clean. Dog bags were provided for waste and the waste can had been emptied recently. The room seemed new, and everything was clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable. We ran downstairs to buy water from the hotel convenience area and we were able to charge...

" I checked in pretty late around mid night and the lady at front desk very nice by the way i asked if it was ok to get a late check out which was 2pm. She said yes but next day i had 3 people knocking at the door different times of course to check out told them what i was told then i get a called that check out was at 11 i told her also just a little frustrating i drove all day i just wanted to sleep."
