"The bottom of the bed and bed skirt was dirty-very obvious. Phone cord was broken didnt work, Door got locked from inside, couldnt open, had to use my data to call front desk to open our door. Food options were not so great. Staff were very friendly till we let them know the issues, then they wouldnt even make eye contact let alone say hello"

The Pool area is beautiful and there is a nice garden play area as well in the opposite direction of the pool which is really nice to relax at as they have many outdoor chairs and tables there as well. The only reason I give a 4 is that wifi is is only available in the restaurant/lobby area. There is no wifi in the rooms. Also the TV in our room did not work but the resort has nice areas to chill at and spend time around. Parking is easy as it is...

"Absolutely incredible stay! The entire staff especially Norman, Felix, Aqu and the ladies were outstanding. Drinks cold, only ate once at resort during our stay (we had rental car) however the surf & turf was cooked perfectly. Resort vibe was great as we all were in chill mode. Very mature guests. Beach front snorkeling and kayaking was great. Evening walks were fun, many daily free activities and a local hangout called Craig’s palace and the thirsty Italian within a 8min walk. Will stay...
