They are friendly and knowledgeable and really made a difference for our stay. The hotel design is also very elegant and the pool has a very nice view as well. "Had a great time with friends and children at this hotel. The pool and kids rooms are great. The breakfast was good but would have loved more home made or local options. We had booked a comfort appartement which was the good size for a family of 4. However, in the bedroom, we had 2 separate twin beds for adults (in each corner of the room), which I found a bit odd. Apart from that, the view was stunning! "
