"Super nice location and good condition. Parking was a bit of a convoluted experience, and showing up 50 minutes too early for check in earned me a "go away" attitude. Aside from that, all was great. Probably a better place to visit on the high season though - Vrsar gets a bit empty when it's cold out."

"This is a very decent hotel that has a great, quiet location, 15 minutes by foot from the center of Novigrad and away from the tourist noise and hubbub. The staff are very professional and helpful, the property is very clean, brunch style breakfast is very abundant. One drawback regarding food is that there are no kosher options; basically any meat other than pork is hard to find. The rooms are okay but they are really small and that’s the other drawback. "We had a fabulous stay here in late September and were really happy, overall, especially for the price. Grocery store nearby, easy walking distance to the Arena and Old Town. Jelena, the host, was fantastic. Very kind and accommodating with a different, local breakfast each morning. Really appreciated the clothes washing machine in the room. AC worked well. Parking not as easy as I hoped but we got it done. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

We had a GPS in the car to help find the hotel. Not easy to find street names. Check in and out is not at the hotel so make sure you are able to call Avora management at their number. "Quite far away from Centre. Room clean, bed comfortable. Had Balcony, which was nice. Note: Plug-Ins in Bathroom are so high up that i had to climb on toilett to reach them ! Very unsafe ! Carpet on stairs is loose and catches your shoe... also very unsafe ! Breakfast Buffet was just ... ok. Hotel really needs updated. In summary - stay was ok, but wouldnt go back. "
