With my troublesome knees, I had to go up and down the stairs (the elevator didn’t work without a working room key!) several times before I could open the our room. With no-one around, we used the code they sent to get into the reception. We were not able to get into the room, even though it was available. At 3 pm the receptionist arrived. Even though no-one else was around and we were obviously waiting, she did not offer to check us in until we asked if we can check in “early”, apparently as a favour. The rather late...

"We just spent one night, but the beds are very comfortable and they allow us to do a late check in because we were driving up from Italy. Buffet breakfast that was included with the hotel was amazing. We’re going to be back in the area in April and we are going to book this hotel again!"
