"This 19th century chateau was located up a narrow road next to the restaurant. The staff were efficient and friendly and the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The decor was old, in the style of the house, but the bed and pillows very comfy. It was surrounded by mature gardens with a pool. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were excellent. It was a very restful stay in the beautiful Pyrenees."

The only things that I would say would improve a stay at this hotel is a couple of easy wins such a tea/ coffee facilities in the room and a welcome pack explaining check ins/outs, places to eat etc as we soon found out lots of places close in certain days or didn’t serve food for very long (I imagine this is a seasonal thing). "Le camping est très bien entretenu, calme, confortable et tranquille. Entouré de verdure c'est un vrai havre de paix. Les activités sont variés et de qualité surtout pour les enfants. L'équipe familiale est très à l'écoute et réactive. Le seul défaut est l'environnement. Il n'y a pas grand chose à visiter autour. "Our stay was ruined by other guests who were drunk and behaving badly. The jacuzzi was situated near our room and they decided to use it at 2 am. We were asleep and were woken up by a group running up and down the stairs outside and screaming and laughing. We were then subjected to this for an hour. We tried to contact reception but no one was available. We eventually asked the group to quieten and were given abuse. They said it was their right to use it at any time. Door to jacuzzi location...
