"You can ask for shuttle to drop you off at the Residence after you check in at Novotel by the train station. Not when you check out. But, the walk with luggage was about 15 min, it was not bad. The facility is old. No question about that. It was well maintained. We did not have any problem. There are some stairs you must climb before you can reach an elevator. "Great stay. We would highly recommend. It is right in the middle of “Old Town”, but quiet at night. Great service and breakfast.The only problem was they advertised ‘free parking’. NOT TRUE. There is NO free parking. If you get there EARLY, you May get in one of the 2 parking lots. Otherwise you have to go back up and around to “New Town” to park. Then you have to hike back to hotel. "The best part about this hotel were the staff members. From housekeeping to the front desk, they were accommodating, helpful, kind, and pleasant. They helped us out of several transportation jams that we found ourselves in. We wouldn’t have made it to our events or back to the train station without their help which they offered freely."
