"Fue un atraco, al llegar al hotel estaba cerrado y se veía por por las ventanas que estaba en remodelación, de modo que nunca contestaron a la puerta y no abrieron, esperamos allí como 40 minutos y tuvimos que irnos a buscar otro lugar de hospedaje. "Great place but they have to fix the issue with the water. First day it was normal, but after the rain it was like sewage water. The people that work here are EXCELLENT. The actual hotel is beautiful. The ambiance is amazing. It's just the plumbing has to be fixed or they have to be prepared to refund guests. They will keep your money regardless of what malfunctions.
