"Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel. "This place is great. Yes it's a guest house so not staffed at all times. No problem! The full renovation to the historic dwelling is outstanding. Full attention to detail is afforded by Boris. Lots of nice little touches throughout. We stayed in the underground dungeon.No noise problems.Lovely clean, modern and functional room. Our best stay so far in our 5 week trip."
