"I would describe it as being like staying in a Ikea showroom. The room was large with a separate bedroom, sitting area with a large screen TV, kitchen along with table and chairs. Easy access, the code was sent in plenty of time. Lots of storage, a crazy amount. My only issue was the washing machine/dryer, all the settings were in German. We had to lay our close out in the room to dry. No idea how to work the machine. I did request laundry soap but we never got any, had to buy our...

"I used this hotel for the F1 Austrian Grand Prix. It’s a 16 minute walk from Graz airport and not far from a train station which is 4 stops away from the city’s main station (which is where I took a shuttle bus to the race). The location was convenient and I didn’t need to use any taxis! The customer service at the hotel is very good, the staff are friendly and there is a restaurant in the hotel which serves very good food. Beyond the F1, the hotel was a nice place to relax.
