"Bon sejour. Bonne literie, chambre propre et calme. Petit dejeuner correct. Petit bemol sir le restaurant car il n'y a qu'un plat du jour et autour il n'y a pas trop de choix de restaurant. Et aussi revoir la qualité du papier toilettes qui est vraiment pas bien.Sinon il est agréable surtout l'ete je pense"

"Hotel staff very pleasant. The problem is, they have a restaurant and customers were still loudly having a good night out at 1 o'clock. It was saturday though. The room was nice but the saloon doors on the ensuite didn't close, so no privacy. Ensuite was old and a bit grimy. Shower had bits of mould. There was complimentary shower gel and soap. They have a swimming pool in the garden behind which looked inviting. We only stopped one night and wouldn't go again."

"A notre arrivée nous avone ete seduit par l endroit et nous nous sommes dit qu on y reviendrait une semaine dans l annee...la nous fesions juste une escale a notre retour du Portugal ..Nous sommes arrives un dimanche en fin d apres midi, l accueil etant fermee nous avions convenu de recuperer une envelloppe dans une boite aux lettres avec un code.Les instructions nous ont bien ete envoyees ... Nous avons donc recupere la seule enveloppe dans la boite nous indiquant le numero de la chambre avec...

"On a motorcycle tour of France, we spent four great nights at La Terrasse. It was my second visit and my friend has been many times. Its position in a quiet wooded valley and tiny village gives it a real sense of peace and retreat. The reception area is smart and modern, the bedrooms and bathrooms less so but nevertheless they are clean and comfortable, just a little dated. "Hotel run by same family for many generations – currently 5th,6th and 7th generation working there. Take a pride in their hotel and have a genuine concern to offer good customer service – accommodated our motorbike in their own garden. We paid a few extra euros for a superior room. It was bright, fresh, had comfortable bed and even had kettle and tea / coffee – very unusual for French hotel. We had a very good 3 course meal for 18 euros. Would definitely stay here again if in area."
