"This hotel is just average at best. It got worse when the a/c stopped working and lady at the reception named Fernanda blamed it on me. She said :”yesterday it was working and today is not, it must have been you”. No apologies, no courtesy bottle of water… never again."

"It’s a lovely place to stay. Good location, nice room, shower & bathrooms are updated. Excellent amenities…. Great view on rooftop- with wonderful swimming pool. The reception staff are amazingly friend!! I had a late check out and kindly miss Chamo Kerem allow me to stay few hours extra. What a wonderful hospitality. Highly appreciated it. I recommend this hotel to All. To enjoy their stay while they are visiting Parabupabus city !! "

"It’s a wonderful, wonderful, nice and new hotel, I didn’t see much customer I guess because they’re new. I hope soon they get more guests. I stay five nights. It was wonderful experience. The staff are super friendly every one of them. Yummy breakfast is available every morning. I highly recommend to all. As one receptionist, she speaks English she helped me a lot."
