WIFI not effective /working in the rooms at the back but thats a minor oversight but would be helpful to have an information leaflet at reception to advise client's about services provided etc laundry, no phones in room but extn is xxx, towels for pools, expectations for the use of the beach... small admin info otherwise will be recommending this resort to friends and family...also can you consider a ramp to the pool please... lots of access but all are stairs... just...

"The hotel was great for us overall, though it could use a bit of a refresh as it’s starting to feel a little dated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the swimming pool, conveniently located right outside our villa, was a highlight of our stay. This hotel was truly amazing when it first opened, and we would love to see it restored with some updates to bring it back to its full potential."

"A lot of potential and room for improvement. When staying with my partner and son the road is very bumpy and it’s a long drive from the main road so have a car handy. The staff need training in customer service as well. When we ordered dinner there were things on the menu that weren’t available and they charge $12 for 1L of water. The pool wasn’t cleaned. There were plumbing issues as well as from out bathroom to outside hallway smelt like sewage and waste. Breakfast said it started at 7 however...

"We stayed for a week in the over water bungalow. The bungalow is showing its age, however still really comfortable. This is five star location, with the balcony over looking the ocean. The air conditioning worked really well and the room is equipped with a fridge that stayed cold, coffee making facilities and towels. We will miss this place and would definitely return "

"The Staff were very friendly and helpful with information about activities around the Island. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. Loved my dinner but was disappointed when they had no raw fish, no sashimi and Poke that night. The aircon was working perfectly for us. The only thing was the pool was not clean enough for my standards but otherwise we had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely stay there again. Good value for money. A special mention that Misi and Joe were extremely excellent...
