"Avoid this property at cost. The hotel is the least clean, front office staff and room service are awful - avoid! Avoid. I booked a 4 bed appointment for 6 guests. When arrived the front office management allocated me a 3 bed room appartment, 4th room is store room for the hotel. The 4th room was constantly being used by the hotel and staff sleep over. "

"I stayed here on 02/03/2023 the pictures of the hotel itself looked great but the condition of the hotel is terrible and very deceiving. First of all, the AC unit was taped together with cellotape. "I would never recommend anyone travelling to Dhaka to go stay there, the hotel smells of smoke and the room smells worse, the bathroom looks like a communal toilet the stains and the stench, no hot water either, stained bedding and towels. I would request all online providers to delist this property. They treated me like a criminal and I'm not used to this sort of service. Avoid at all cost people its a matter of health and safety. "The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fantastic. However, the cleanliness (specifically the bathroom was terrific in all aspects and toilet roll was placed in a way that it gets wet while taking shower) and safety (sliding door locks were not working) were terrible. The bedsheets and pillows were full of strains, the disgusting thing I have seen ever in my little experience staying in hotel. Would suggest the hotel to be honest while posting photos in expedia or other platforms....
