"I booked this property and upon arrival we were not even allowed inside the hotel and and we were told that they are no longer accepting Expedia bookings. I thought I prepaid for the hotel and was travelling with a handicapped person and at the last minute was forced to find a new hotel for the night. This incident created a lot of anxiety for the 4 of us very late at night and in a town we were not familiar with. Expedia should review the properties that no longer want to do business with them...
