"I would have to say the staff are what make this place. Amazing customer services from all. Especially the managers and reception staff so helpful and supportive. I stayed 11 days in total. The only suggested improvement which is really minor is the bathroom could be upgraded. The room was excellent with lots of space. Well done keep up the good work and see you soon."

"Good location for my business activities, not so good for tourism. Low bed not great for older person. Difficulties arise when things go wrong. "Staff was very cooperative and very prompt to provide what I need. The main issue I had during my 5 days stay was a very strong odor in the room and all other three rooms s at lower level. Also most of occupants were Afghani nationals to my surprise. The room had issue with water seapage on one of the wall."

"It's a new guest house setting hotel. Check in was easy and smooth. Since the hotel is converted from a school the sink in the bathroom in all rooms are much lower 😳 it appears that it is made for kids. But other than that its pretty nice hotel. I did not see housekeeping to come n clean the room but we had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. But overall the stay was good. "

"I booked this hotel through Hotel.com and I was charged for the whole booked nights in advance, but when I got to the property the reception checked and said they don’t have my reservation in their system and asked me to pay in cash if I want to stay there. I explained to them that I had already paid for 4 nights through Hotel.com, how come you ask me to pay for the second time in cash. But they didn’t let me stay there and I had to leave there and find another hotel. Then I reached Hotel.Com...
