"Generous family room for a one-night stopover on the way to the Alps. Very clean and comfortable. For us, a downside was not being able to purchase a drink (could only buy with a meal). We opted not to have breakfast, but stopped at a wonderful boulangerie just down the road."

Disappointed that the swimming pool was not open - it was not noted on the website about being closed over winter. Also disappointed that as guests we would have to pay €6 per person for the mini golf - extortionate price. Good meal at the restaurant though."

"We have stayed at Le Marius before and this time was in line with the lovely experiences we have had before. The village of Ricey Bas is charming. The hotel is conveniently situated just by the church in the centre of the village. Our room was so romantic, with massive beams, and a view of the château.
