"The experience was mixed as we had problems with check-in. The staff was not immediately present at reception (we were obviously the only guests in the hotel). After we were given a room, the bed sheets were not clean so the room had to be changed. Otherwise the room including bathroom was clean though. We were given a better (newer) small bungalow, which was fine but the whole hassle with check-in spoiled our impression. There is no minibar in the room, only two bottles of water were provided...

But in a town like Klongyai you should not expect to find a hotel like Klongyai Centre. It is superb. It is new. The rooms are spacious and bright.
