"In terms of an overnight stay, this hotel was the equivalent of other Ibis hotels we have stayed at - good value for money but the service we received was far from satisfactory and well below what we would have expected from Ibis. During the evening we were phoned from Reception and asked if we would return the bottle-opener we had borrowed. Naturally I assumed this was a genuine mistake and simply said we hadn't borrowed one. "The room was lovely, and the staff were absolutely brilliant - so helpful and kind. "

"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

"Two of us stayed one night, staff were friendly and rooms comfortable. Quite rural location with ample parking, they even locked our motorbikes in a garage for the night. Breakfast was very basic but adequate. Didn’t have dinner but looked like a busy popular restaurant. Made an excellent stopover."
