"The only problem l found was that the bathroom fans were noisy and took a while to go off. I could hear next doors and it kept me from falling asleep. Otherwise l was pleased. Breakfast could have been warmer but the mushrooms were fabulous. I would recommend the hotel with the provisos l have mentioned. Service was very good and made us feel valued."

There is a nice bar attached just refitted, Underfloor heating in the bathroom is a nice touch also. One of the few hotels I have had a decent sleep in their beds. "Great little spot in the heart of Portrush. We stayed in The Loft and we could see both the city and the water, plus it was adorable. The functionality of the kitchen was great, too! "ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The place DOES NOT EXIST. Drove there to find it’s out of commission. Emailed the guy to say “hey I’m here” he informed me he cancelled all stays. FUNNY cause he or hotel.com thought it was a good idea to tell me. I asked the guy for a refund and he called me a “pompous American.” We had to find a new place to stay and hotels.com didn’t seem to care at all. In my opinion my stay that I hate to book last minute at higher rates should have been paid for by THEIR MISTAKE. But...
