"The best hotel that I have found to date in this area of NY. We had reserved another room down the road but the place was in such poor condition and smelled so bad we left and found this gem. This place stands out in attention to detail and the great staff. Keep it up. "

"Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nice that there is a bar and restaurant right on the property. Bed was VERY comfortable. Beautiful view of the river from the sliding glass doors that open to the private deck with table & chairs. Price is reasonable, room was very clean, but could use updating a bit. Heat register in bathroom was rusty as was the towel rack. Sliding glass doors in the back out to the 1st floor deck could not be locked, but this wasn't a high crime area so that did not worry me a lot (if my husband was not with me I probably would have been more concerned about it). Smoke Detector looked as if someone ripped it out of the ceiling—only dangling wires left. But, I would go back there again for the positives. "
