There is only one person at a time attending to guests though at that time we checked in we seem to be the only guests. Food service is not available not even drinking water was provided. "We expected better stay. Time frame for the buffet is little with few choices of food. We also expected 3 food course as stated in their site, but we only got breakfast. Their suite room is old and needed repair. They should upgrade their toiletries"

Only downside is the ants which is un controllable but they gave inseticide for prevention. Very peaceful and breathaking views of Lumot Lake.
