"We turned up expecting a comfortable apartment based on 3 star rating and wow!, absolutely shocking from the start. Went to the so called lobby? It was a room with a bar type desk. The man in a sweaty t shirt gave me the key and off I toddled to the room. First impressions set the tone and walked up to the first floor dodging the broken tiled stairs and into the apartment.
