"The hotel though slightly dated is good quality with large rooms and comfortable beds. The main issue is as the bathroom was fitted out a while ago the shower cubicle is small. But this is not unusual in Italy! We didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was good. The grounds had plenty of space to park and to exercise our dog. Overall we would certainly stay at the San Pancrazio again."

Lovely fresh beer and wine. The cleaning staff worked very hard too- nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed the spa too. The panoramic view was breathtakingly beautiful.The area of Selvino is very picturesque and spotlessly clean. We visited a bar and a pizzeria- both with very friendly staff and delicious...

"this property has so much potential but the lack of service and care to our stay was disappointing. we waited over 30 minutes in reception and no one showed. I had to go behind the reception and use their phone to try to call someone. no appologies just told they were on a break. later that evening the ceiling leaked, water was all over the floor and again there was no one in reception to help. We assumed it was the air con (which was on prior to our arrival) so we turned it off, mopped up...
