One of the cats jumped on the table where the breakfast buffet was set up. The children were allowed to run in the hallway and be loud after 10pm. Seemed odd to me when guests are trying to sleep"

"We had a 2 days stay for 3 people and 1 infant . The apartment is huge nad can easily accomodate 6 adults . Having 2 bathrooms is really convenient . Ideally located in the Fontana mall , everything in teplice is walking distance and you have all you need for shopping in the building. You can visit the wellness center which is 1 floor down and is pretty decent . Parking on the underground of the mall . Communication was really effective , polite and proffesional . "Everything was great and pretty cheap. One thing which you might take into account: if you get a room on the 2nd floor, you need to walk up the stairs (no elevator). One thing that the hotel needs take into consideration are the beds. They are pretty loud while sleeping or moving on them.People might wake up during sleeping because of that. Breakfast was more than great."

"Posto molto tranquillo, bello , pulito , si trova in paesino a 40 minuti di macchina da Praga , fuori dal caos cittadito ottimo per rilassarsi dopo aver visitato Praga.. la camera era dotata cucina frigo bagno e 4 letti allo stesso piano poi al piano di sotto cera la doccia con un altro bagno.. interni tutti in legno.. consigliato a chi ha la macchina.. "Ein schönes Hotel mit viel Potential, tolle Lage, tolle Aussicht. Leider ist es wieder mal so typisch für Tschechien in den Hotels: man ist zwar der zahlende Gast, hat aber immer das Gefühl, man stört das Personal . Man wurde gekonnt ignoriert, nicht gegrüßt... Zum Glück waren Gäste im Haus, die auch zukünftig in großer Runde kommen werden. Da klappte es dann mit einem guten Frühstück und auch im Restaurant wurde man nach 22 Uhr bedient. Dort war das Personal übrigens sehr gut und freundlich....

"We liked nothing!!! The place looks like a dump for one, & we were unable to even get into our room since they sold us the room after they were already closed!!! We feel scammed & disgusted that this was allowed to happen!!!"
