"The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They made us feel truly welcome, and were helpful and proactive in doing anything they could to make our stay in Sapa enjoyable. We liked the location which was quiet with views to the mountains & valleys, and only a short walk to the noisier and busy downtown. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety, including items cooked to order. We also liked that the hotel had a restaurant so we could eat in whenever we chose to. We would definitely return...

"There were lots of things to love here and lots of things that need some attention. The sheets really need some good bleach and the heater in the room needs to be more functional. That being said the staff were very helpful and the place had a certain charm. "

"Great little hotel in the centre of Sa Pa walkable to all. Super comfy bed and pillows, Staff was very attentive and found us extra pillows! Breakfast was the normal local but they did have fried eggs for us westerner's. Umbrellas for walking in the rain too! highly recommend!"
