"From the time we arrived to the time we checked out the experience was flawless, when I arrived I had 8 additional family members that did not have reservations and the front desk was more than happy to accommodate us with an additional 2 rooms. "It was a VERY VERY VERY complicated check in. At the hotel they didn’t know about the reservation and they weren’t expecting us. When I show the person in charge my online reservation and receipt they got mad and tell me they don’t work with Expedia any more because it was hard to get their payment back.
