All the best shopping and eating places were nearby. However, the staff was not very friendly and behaved rudely on many instances. "The staff at this hotel were exceptional. They made us feel truly welcome, and were helpful and proactive in doing anything they could to make our stay in Sapa enjoyable. We liked the location which was quiet with views to the mountains & valleys, and only a short walk to the noisier and busy downtown.
