"The palace is a huge hotel two minutes walk from the beach. Parking is free and secure at street level next to the hotel. Hotel was mostly quiet during our stay but some music at night nearby Didn’tbother us. Balcony in the Spacious room with a comfortable bed. We located within walking distance to sunset, restaurants and beach strip, coffee, shops, restaurants, stores, etc.."

The picture is different from reality, very old and moldy, the refrigerator & bathroom are full of black mold, the changing cabinet is broken and no one can fix it. "The hotel was very nice, the breakfast buffet and pool were excellent. But the whole area around the hotel is under some serious construction and looks like it will be for awhile. If I would have known I would have stayed elsewhere. The construction noise started around 5am with someone yelling through a PA system, the view of the beach from the balcony was obscured, and the walkways to the beach itself (across the street) were full of rubble and caution tape.
